Adding "Condition:" and "Warranty:"

I was searching the forum on how to add Condition and Warranty field in the products e.g.
Condition: Brand New, Refurbished, Used
Warranty: depending on item condition ex: brandnew(1yr), Refurbish (3months), Used (1month).

Please help me add it. Thanks a lot.
