flash problem

upgrading to *.5 was going fine until i ran into a flash problem.

in my_template i make calls to a get_flashed($current_page_base . '.swf') function... basically a flash file wrapper that i added to html_output.php

my migration path was to simply install a clean copy of *.5 and add my_template, because most changes have just been to the template files, not the db.

so i've got a clean *.5 install that won't load flash files. the behavior is identical to that as if the flash files were missing - but they're not.

anyone have any idea why this is happening? i'm completely stuck or i wouldn't ask.

thanks buddy for the help. but it wasnt the html flash object wrapper... its embarrassing, but it wasnt loading due to a typo.

*_TEMPLATES.$pagebase.'.swf' >> *_TEMPLATE.$pagebase.'.swf'

was the fix that did the trick. often i come here and ask others for help before i look for the obvious question to ask myself.

a simple php echo to see what file+pathname was being passed to get_flashed() is all i needed to do.

the next step i'd like to take is to get php to talk to actionscript, but at this point it think xml has to be the intermediary for interactive zenflashcart...

or was that merlin that was flashing us in his zencart? *creepy shivers...
