Category description problem

I couldn't get a category description to appear, until I changed Configuration > Layout Settings: Skip 1-prod Categories to "True". But, now I have my description, but no products appearing!

http://bella-beads-jewelry.com/shop/...=index&cPath=2 is the URL to the Bracelet category. There is one item (called Test Product, $30, with a cherub in an oval graphic) in that category. However, you cannot access it from the Bracelets page. You can from New Products or All Products, though. Why??

Correction: I changed it to FALSE in order for the description to appear. ~anne
