On 1.3.05 I have noticed a problem using sendmail with CRLF selected and use Mime HTML set to true. Not an issue on 1.3.02.
It sends the email but doesn't include the sender email Ie storename. It also shows the phpmailer text.

You are not supposed to use CRLF with sendmail, only with SMTP.
