I am using authorizenet (not AIM) and I keep getting this error when trying to test. I am NOT in test mod I am in production mode.
When you click submit it actually pops up the authorizenet site and says
The following errors have occurred.
(123) This account has not been given the permission(s) required for this request.
and idea why?

You'll need to talk to your Authorize.net account representative to make sure that your account is configured properly to process payments.
You should also ensure that you're using their new API login ID from your authorize.net account in your zen cart admin.
