When I send a newsletter also unsubscribed customers receive it. Where can I look for to solve this problem?

I don't have any custom plugin for newsletters. If you can tell me what files I can check, I can make a diff from the standard english zen cart version.
f- Details of exactly what you were doing when your problem occurred.
I write an HTML newsletter, view preview and send it.
g- Details of anything you have done to fix the problem
I don't know where I can see to check what's wrong.
