Is there anyway to print a catalog of what you have in your store?

You could write a program to do this.

Look at includes/modules/pages/products_all/header_php.php

and you can see the sort of logic you'd want to use. You'd have to customize it based on
what content you wanted, how often you wanted a page throw, etc. but this gives you a start.
