Fatal error. Help!

Out of the blue today I find that one of my stores isn't working. On opening the home page http://www.thetobaccoshop.net I get the following error:

I haven't touched html_header.php, and it's there on the server as per normal. Really hope someone can help!

OK I did one of those brainless things that happen on a Friday. The problem lay in the fact that I had made some changes to configure.php but had uploaded the admin/configure.php instead of the main configure.php.
Doh!
