Sales Report-Pay Pal IPN orders not listed

Problem 1: Pay Pal IPN not working...orders (funds) do go to Pay Pal account and customer/client are receiving e-mail confirmations.

I've followed the Pay Pal "fixers" and still no luck...still working on this one.

Problem 2: I have the Sales Report module installed...which is great...but in the dropdown menu for Payment Method, Pay Pal isn't listed.

Is problem 2 related to problem 1? Or is there something else?

Yeah what Kim said. Sales Report builds payment method dropdown from those methods stored in the orders table. If it's not in the dropdown, then it hasn't been stored there, so your checkout and PayPal processing arer fubar'd somewhere.

2 was definitely related to 1 and 1 solved itself...well, not really.

Anyone having trouble with Pay Pal IPN...i urge you to check, double-check and triple-check with your client that their Pay Pal address is set up AND verified.

It wasn't until I asked for my clients username/password that I realized they were still waiting to be verified. THAT was the problem.

Never assume your client is 100% certain of something they aren't very familiar with.
