Fatal Errors after adding product

I added 1 manufacturer and 3 products today, and after doing that, I went to check that the products all showed up good, but now when I click on any product in the store (except for 1 product), instead of the prodcut description and price, I get an error screen:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: zen_truncate_paragraph() in /home/content/p/a/p/papersite/html/store/includes/modules/meta_tags.php on line 252

So, I opened the /includes/modules/meta_tags.php, and found line 252, it says:
$products_description = zen_truncate_paragraph(strip_tags(stripslashes($product_info_metatags->fields['products_description'])), MAX_META_TAG_DESCRIPTION_LENGTH);

Can anyone help me figure out what is going on????

Basically I just reuploaded the metatags mods...no longer get the fatal error, but I can no longer put meta tags on the products either....

What version Zen Cart are you running?

Clean install or an upgrade? If an upgrade, from what version and how did you do the upgrade?

What add-ons to you have installed?

Who knows what was happening, but after 10 days of this not working, now it seems to work just fine.....

Hi guys
I have a client that has just run into this problem as well in the last few days...
The exact same error.. in her 1.3.0.1 install, that has been fine for months until now. (not updated)

error:
"Call to undefined function: zen_truncate_paragraph() in ............ /includes/modules/meta_tags.php on line 252 "

Could anyone please help me in the right direction, as top where to start trouble shooting this ... :-)

Is a quick fix available for this ?

I uploaded a new meta_tags.php into the modules folder with no result , just the same error.

any help would be much appreciated :-)

That phantom error just seemed to go away by its self ?? weird ?

I am currious as to what may have caused it still .

Well, I thought it went away, but it didn't. If I upload product under the GENERAL category, I don't seem to have a problem, I can add metatags.

However, I have the php download mod (to add downloadable products to the store) and only on those products am I unable to add metatags. If I click on the metatag icon, I get the following error:

Warning: main(includes/modules/product_dnld/collect_info_metatags.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/p/a/p/papersite/html/store/admin/product_dnld.php on line 151

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/modules/product_dnld/collect_info_metatags.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/content/p/a/p/papersite/html/store/admin/product_dnld.php on line 151

It looks like you made a new product type ...

Did you make all of the files for the new product type so that something exists for all of the files in the Admin?

It looks like you may have forgotten something such as a file to manage the meta tags or have a typo in the file(s) that you made etc.
