Not getting CC emails; payment mod missing "Edit" (other mod improperly installed)

Good evening everyone~

Strangest things - out of the blue, I stopped getting the middle 8 digit email for my orders. I searched threads and saw something saying to remove cc mod and reinstall

BUT

when I go to Payment Modules - voila, doesn't display any editing functions!

I'm running 1.3.02 - and no I'm not going to upgrade until I fix this!

Okay, found a fix.

There was an error on the payment module page coming from includes/modules/payment from a paypal.php file. I don't use paypal and have no idea why the file was there and why it starting acting up.

I deleted the file and now all is joy & light.
