quantity box display

Hai,
I noticed in dispaly products in single category quantity box and "addselectedproductstocart" button in top and bottom are avilable some categories
only in demo , Why?

If i want quantity box and button for all products and categories means what i do ?

zencart/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=21

Products with Attributes require a choice to be made by the customer ...

These use ... more info instead so that the customer can make a choice ...
