Hi,
I setup a online store a while ago with zencart 1.2.7 without enabling the https option. However, I would like to have the https option enabled now. Is there a easier way to do that without reinstalling zencart? Please walk me through the process if I can simply make a little chage to the configure to enable https. Thank you very much!

Yes, you can enable SSL without reinstalling.
You would have to modify includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php
