USPS Shipping Module issue

I'm getting this error with the USPS Module.

"Unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance."

I've read all of the thread I can find about this error and done everything they all suggested and it still doesn't work for me.

I've even taken a known good USPS Web Tools user ID and put it in the site that's not working and that didn't work. So I did the reverse & put the UserID from the site in question in my good working site and it's not working.

I enabled the debug email in usps.php and it does send but with an empty body. All I get is from, to, date, & subject.

What else can I look at?

I am having the same problem. I have read every thread I can find about usps, and am still getting the same error.

My zip is set correctly.
User ID is correct.
Production server is set.
I called USPS and asked to be switched.
I called USPS today and they confirmed that I HAVE been switched to production server.
I have not changed any code.

And yet, all I get is the error: "Unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.

Also, in the admin I get a warning "Warning: USPS is either missing the username and/or password, or ... it is set to TEST rather than PRODUCTION and will not work
If you still cannot retrieve quotes, contact USPS and activate your live account"

Again, the cart settings are correct and usps says it should be working. All other shipping methods including ups are working correctly.

I am hosted at plzhosts and am using not 1.3.5 but the next most recent version of zencart.

Any ideas?

Yes it has been activated and moved to teh productino server. I verified that the UserID is workign on another ZenCart site I've setup. It jsut doesn't work on this particular one. Neither does another USPS UserID I've got working on another site.

I'm using version 1.3.5

Sorry about the too short thing. It was only when I tried to respond to your post with only the zip code. the forum wants at least 10 characters. Not at all pertinent to the issue at hand.
