    No Attribute ... No Download ...

    Then, depending on your Payment Module Orders Status ... this determins immediately available or only after you approve it ...

    Orders Status >=2 or <=4 are immediately available ... example: Processing, Delivered or Updated ...

    Orders Status 1 or Pending ... is good for things like Check/Money Order where you have not received the money yet and do not wish to release the Download until you do ...

    Note: Updated is designed to Update an order with a Download for those who need to allow the customer more times to try or more days in which to obtain the download before it expires ...
    I have done all the above but still having a problem of orders getting stuck in pending. From further observation, the test orders show that the shipping and billing address are different and therefore the orders are showing as pending and not processing like I have set up in Order Status. I am selling digital products so shipping address is not necessary. Is there a setting I need to change to get this to work?

    I thought Paypal Express Checkout processed credit cards but found out it doesn't so I am now trying to get Paypal IPN to work but having problems with that and going through the checklist before I ask on here. So please disregard my previous post and sorry about that.

    PLEASE someone HELP!!



    My store has all of a sudden stopped showing the download links. I've tried re-uploading my files to the /download/ folder. I've tried deleting the attribute and adding it back.

    Now as a possibly irrelevant side note, I have installed the Google Checkout Mod since the last time I had a successful downloadable product order. (I didn't realize there was a problem on my end, I thought the customer just couldn't find the links) Could this be the problem?

    The seamless backgrounds and graphics are instant downloads.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    PS I'm slightly PHP-challenged so speak in small words :)

    Check the Products and their Attributes ... you are sure there is a filename on the download?

    What happens if you switch to the Classic Stylesheet?

    I just placed an order what is its status? Changing it to Delivered?

    You are also missing some things from your stylesheet ...

    THANK YOU for looking into this for me :) Still no change though.

    I've triple checked the download files...all have the green dot

    I added that to my CSS -- no change

    I tried the classic template -- no change

    I tried changing the order status to order delivered (from processing order) -- on my test orders this didn't work...did it work for your order?

    I think I would have to look into your code and database more to see what is up ... it is almost as if your code has cut out the call to the file or the data is not being stored right in the order ...

    Meanwhile ... you have some weird stuff in FireFox with errors ...

    Login as a customer and go to the My Account and View an Order ...

    In the right top of FireFox do you see the Red exclamation point? Click it, then click Clear ... and you see how it is repeating an error over and over and over again ...

    You are welcome to look into the code/databases. If you can email me I'll get you the login, etc.

    As for the errors...I use Firefox (ver. 3.0.9) daily and I don't see the exclamation point or any errors.

    I'm having the same problem as Sara. Everything was working fine at least 2 days ago but starting yesterday I started getting messages that customers weren't getting download links. GoDaddy didn't change something again did they? I've not changed anything in my configuration in the past 2 days so that's the only thing I can think of.
