Downloadable products not showing download

I installed image handler last week the downloads have worked after that. Since then no I've not made any changes and yes I checked and I don't get the download button either

I just checked my other store (which is also on GoDaddy hosting) and I'm having the same thing there ... no download button

Check your Product that you ordered ... is the green light on the Attribute filename?

Check the Order ... do you see the Attribute on the Order?

Check via phpMyAdmin and look at the orders_products_download table ... is there a download for the order in there?

Yes that was the first thing I checked. GoDaddy doesn't have phpMyAdmin so I can't check that. Im going to try to uninstall Image Handler and see if that fixes it

What happens when you look at the Order? Do you see the Attributes?

Do you see any error messages after creating an Order with a Download?

Do you see any reference to the Download in the Order on the My Account when you view the Order?

When I add the item to the cart I do see Download 1 of 1, there's just no order and normally you will see the filepath after checkout where it says Download 1 of 1 and that isn't showing up either

I have attached screenshots of both the attribute for the product in the attribute screen and what we get AFTER completing an order. There is no download area at all! I am thinking it's a setting that somehow got changed but I don't know what.

Make a Test Product with a Test download where the filename is called:
test.zip

NOTE: be sure to load a file to your /download directory called test.zip

Also when I look at the order in the admin area, it looks fine, I can see the filepath at the bottom of the order. Is there a particular area in zen I need to look at maybe in configuration. Or maybe one of the files got corrupted. If I knew which file I could reupload a fresh copy but I don't know what file controls that download button in an order.
