FedEx Rates and Shipping Time

This is two parter, for Merlin I presume.

1. My site has the Home and Express modules installed. The Home one is coming up with a correct estimate, but the Express Estimate is just showing my handling fee plus home delivery surcharge (currently 4.00 + 1.30) for all options. i.e. Overnight - 5.30; 2-day - 5.30; Saver - 5.30; etc.

I have checked the settings and they are the same for home/ground and express except for the meter id, which is only a few digits off between the two. Any suggestions?

2. The USPS module displays the estimated delivery time for each level. My FedEx module does not. Is this the expected behavior?

If so, would you have any tips to help me add that feature? I can get around in PHP a little at least, so I'm willing to give it a shot if you tell me where to look - I saw the dates in the Debug info, I just wasn't sure which date referred to which shipping method. I'd share any success back to you to distribute to others if you wanted as well.

make sure that the meter number in express matches the one in ground
this is requested behavior,
fedex made me remove the expected dates from the layout.

you are NOT allowed to make any modifications to the fedex module, this was a condition that fedex set to allow us to use it.

Thanks for the quick reply. That's annoying that FedEx would make that request, but its their toy - so that's how it goes.

However, I have not had success in getting the FedEx Express module to display anything other than $5.30. I matched the meter #'s and even deleted them both and gotten new ones. Any further suggestions? I'll PM you the debug output in a text file. Mind you, FedEx Home delivery works properly.

Yes contact Fedex and have them add express to your account

I finally got with my client to contact FedEx, but after checking, Express is turned on and I am getting back price quotes in the return data from FedEx. The price associated in the array with 1419 for 2-day is the correct price I should be getting. So, the data is getting to my server, it is just that the module is not handling it properly.

I am going to reinstall again, and triple check to see if I did something wrong, but FedEx Ground works, so the environment is at least correct.
