Really need Help!!.. Admin cant login

i have some big problem about my admin,

WARNING: be sure to reset the Admin login as soon as you have access for the Admin password and email address ...

i have try all this code but it cant works..i dont know why..i'm quiet tired of this right know. two weeks my admin cant login because of this problem. I got this problem after i have install newsletter subcribe modules.And know i'm worried if i have a sales for past a week in my admin.

I have no idea how to settle this problem. Can guru or anyone could u help me??..please email me at support AT lighterboy DOT com.. i will give a detail about my webserver.. i really2 need help...pls

Did you use phpMyAdmin?
If not try the above through phpMyAdmin....

Yes, off coz johny..

i'm insert this code on my phpmy admin before this. 1st i choose SQL tab at the top and i insert a code on the queries box and i select button 'Go'. i do it twice, first for 1st code and 2nd for another code(short code).

then,when i try login back using password and login=Admin and admin...its still didnt work...anyone help me..
