logo on invoice

Hi All.

I am trying to take out the zencart logo on my invoice.
I have got my own logo.gif and it is in my custom template override file.
But doesnt appear on invoice.

Is there a separate storage diectory for the invoice logo?

Im sure not, but cant figure where Ive gone wrong.

PS. It would be nice for the invoice to be able to print out added comments too!

From what I can find, overrides do not work in admin directory. You can not overide the english.php file, or the invoice.php file, you must edit the original english.php file in the admin/includes/languages directory. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong because I am trying to do the same thing.

I hope that the override feature used in the store for custom templates will someday get added for the Admin section.

So, you can either overwrite the logo.gif file with your own logo.gif in admin/images, or you can change the english.php file in admin/includes/languages to define the logo as a different image. Then place that image in the admin/images directly and leave logo.gif alone.

Let me know if you find a better solution, preferable a working override.

You are correct. The admin section does not have override support at the present time. It is scheduled for a full rewrite/overhaul in version 1.6, at which time overrides support will be addressed.
