    Credit Card Charges not processing

    I'm hoping that someone out ther can help me out, I am finding that some orders are not processing through Authorize.net. Most orders go through, but I have had six in the last couple of weeks that are not going through. Is there anyway to trace this problem, Authorize.net just says that they have no record of the transaction.

    Is there any pattern to these orders?

    - customer location
    - credit-card type
    - time of day
    - IP address of customer
    - customer email domain
    - purchase amount
    - coupons used
    - shipping method selected
    - tax rates applied or not applied or relevant

    - when you view the list of orders in Admin->Customers->Orders, what is the payment-type shown beside the order number?

    In looking at the orders, they all say "cc" as payment type for the ones that didn't process, and Authorizenet on the rest. the times are all varied and the dates cover 4 different days. ( 2 days have 1,1 day has 2 and 1 day has 3). I did have both the authorize.net and basic cc payment modules active, but have removed the basic cc after reading some other posts.

    I really appreciate your help with this.

    turn the stock cc module off
