Okay, I have read the image prep thread and I have a question.

I have my main image lets called it SS_283.JPG. It is 360X360. I have saved that in

images/large/norcal

I have made a medium at 240X240 and I have saved with the same name of SS_283.JPG in

images/medium/norcal

I have made a small one at 120X120 with the same name and UPLOADED it using the zencart tool to the directory (from the dropdown)

images/norcal


Have I done this correct? IF so its not working

You need to follow the naming convention for the small, med, and large images. The above FAQ should clarify.

And now you understand the sytsem...install Image Handler 2 from the downloads section so you can forget all about it!

Better than that! It's one of - if not THE - most valuable add-ons to Zencart. Follow the instructions carefully for your install, and the end result will be that the only image editing you need to do is to resize the image to the size of your large variant and upload (either via the product data entry page or batch upload via FTP to the images directory) - I-H does everything else.

It's also extremely useful for adding additional images in that you don't need to bother about the naming convention - I-H will automatically rename as required.
