1.2.6 to 1.3.5 - Charset issues

Hi there,

I have *almost* finished upgrading from 1.2.6 to 1.3.5, however, my products now all have funny symbols instead of the ' and ". In another thread someone mentioned this was because the charset has changed. What can I do to remedy this? I have lots of products and I cannot go through them all individually
