no continue button on Step 2

According to one of the customers at the bookstore at www.palam.org/bookstore
the continue button does not show up in Step 2 of the checkout process.

I can not duplicate this problem on any of the browsers I have Netscape, Firefox, IE6, Mozilla, Opera.

Of course Opera has its own problem with the blue bar not showing up so the Login button will not show up, but the continue button does show up.

I have had many people check this out and many people to buy things on the system.

Anyone able to duplicate this problem

I can't reproduce that...and I'm not sure, but you may need to check your shipping charges/product weights as USPS wanted to charge me $21+ to send a $2.50 book to the UK. Does "21 - Year History of Palatines to America" really weigh 2.03 lbs?
