New Orders not displaying since upgrade

I upgraded my store last week and didn't think that I had any problems with it. However, last night we got an email from PayPal regarding a new payment. I never got an email from the store about an order and when I log into admin it doesn't show the order either. The customer is there, but the order isn't. What should I do??

As a side note, we have all of our inventory set at 0, but allow customers to backorder and we ship it out anyway.

Try going to Payment ... Modules ...

Copy your settings from PayPal ... then uninstall, reinstall and configure it ...

Now test an order ... does it work?
