Paypal Problem Please Please Help

I have opened an online business and I have payments set up to be made through paypal. I just done a test order to see if it all works well. And it does and makes the payment no problems.
But when I received my notification of payment received I clicked on the link
that I was given to claim my money and it comes up with an error (message
3019 We have detected an error in the link or button that you just used. This error is often caused when a link is split between two lines. To function properly, the full link must be entered into your browser window).
So I do what they say and copy and pasted that link to my web browser and that same error keeps coming up. Could I ask why this is happening. Has anyone else had the problem and please how can I fix it.

The email sent by PayPal is not a problem we can fix. All you have to do is go to the PayPal site and log into your account.

I've given up on paypal as the problem is at there end and no one can fix it..................oh well..........But i did fixed the paymate shipping problem so I'm happy now....I posted how I done it in the forum....If any one needs the help....
