Linkpoint/Yourpay API Issue

Hello all. I'm having an issue with my linkpoint/yourpay API module. I installed the module that I downloaded from here so that my shopping cart could communicate with my yourpay API account, but I receive a "unable to contact the Credit Card company for authorization" message.

I downloaded my pem file and put it in includes/modules/payment/linkpoint API. I setup the module in Zencart it's self, and entered my store ID number. However, I'm still getting the error. What haven't I done?
