When you set up the Paypal parameters for each of your Zen Carts you can give them the same email account used for your single PayPal account.

If you wish you can add extra email accounts to your Paypal account and give each of your Zen Carts a different one when setting up Paypal.

Hmm. I thought that Paypal tracked the incoming URL and returned there. Where are you having to enter a return URL?

I've not seen this screen before. Looks like I need some updating (my daughter agrees, hmmm). However, all is not lost. This is taken from Paypal's help about return URLs
The Return URL will be applied to all your Auto Return payments unless otherwise specified within the button or link for that website payment. You may specify a different Return URL by changing it in your profile settings; otherwise, you may add or edit the HTML (variable: return) associated with a button or link. In this case, the Return URL that is associated with the button or link will override what was specified in the profile settings.
In other words it's a default to be used if a return URL hasn't been passed by the Cart, so although you should turn Auto Return and Payment Data Transfer ON, the return URL should be irrelevant to you.

A useful addition. Thanks for pointing this out, and a link to the thread that confirms that my theoretical musings have some substance in fact
