Hi ,

Plese tell me why vcann not place a meseage on forum
and i have a big problem

I'downloaded the latest Zen Cart but i can not login with e-mail adress and coorect password.

What mus i do

Well, obviously you can place a message on the forum - because I'm reading one.

So - you have downloaded the latest version of Zen Cart. What did you do to install it? What errors messages (if any) are you seeing.

Hy I was left , but my problem is the same. Now I m using the newest zen cart but the problem its the same . The customer become the email but can not login in the shop. The login page redirect og index page when tehe username and passord is corect.

1. If the customer Logs In correctly then they do go to the index page. This is normal behaviour - unless they are going through Checkout.

2. If the Customers Logs In while going through the Checkout then they should go to the next stage in the Checkout procedure.

3. If the Customer tries to Log In but gets sent to the index page without being logged in then you have not set up your website correctly.

4. I realise that English is not your first language but try to explain better to people what your problem is. If your English is not good enough to do that then ask a friend who does speak good English to post the question for you.
