I need my paypal checkout to to show the item title for it to send my ebooks via mydd is there anyway of doing this

Item details are not sent to PayPal at this time. They are fully enumerated on the Zen Cart order information + invoice + packing slip as well as in the customer's My Account area and in the order-confirmation emails set to them and to you.
