Can I modify the customer's email layout?

That's the fix for this problem.
The HTML order looks clean now

I modified some things today and changed my merchant email so the model number is BEFORE the item name. BUT, the html email still has it the original way. Do you know where in the code I can get the html email to change the model/name positions?
