Changing Cart Headings

Which page do I use to change the title headings in my main shopping cart (e.g. accross the top it says: qty, unit, total,etc,).

Try the language file for the shopping cart page, possibly the main language file.

Thanks for answering my question so quickly! I did check the english/shopping_cart.php file and found what I think I need. However, what I'm trying to change isn't listed there. I have "TABLE_HEADING_PRODUCTS" in the header on my cart and that category isn't listed for me to change.

Can you help me?

I can't see in your image, but if you are seeing "TABLE_HEADING_PRODUCTS" ... methinks something went wrong in your english defines file. You could go into Admin-Tools-Developers Toolkit;
Do a search for that title and you may be able to see what's wrong, by comparison of the title defines that appear from the search.
