error on sign up page

I moved to a different host, and well messed up. I have to now reinstall the cart.
Keep getting this error:

PRIMARY_ADDRESS_TITLE
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/gwwebdes/public_html/shop/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_create_account_success_default.php on line 26

I don't know what that mean. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

oh, I also just noticed that my ssl does not work. it keep redirecting me to http://

I changed both configure.php files like instructed. what am I doing wrong?
