Shipping Won't Total Over 2000g

Hi,

Having a problem with the shipping module, when more than one or two products have a total weight over 2000g, more than one product in my case, the shipping reverts to zero total giving free shipping.
Wondering if I should go through my product list and add the shipping onto my prices as I can't send it out for free for much longer.

You didn't say which shipping module you're using nor what settings you've configured for that module ...

Your version of Zen Cart along with a list of installed contributions/mods/addons would be helpful too, along with a URL to your site.

I'm using version 1.3 and the shipping by weight module. I had the site built by a web designer so I don't know the answer to the other questions, the web url is:

Then you need to get up with your designer and have them fix the problem.

I'd recommend strongly upgrading to v1.3.6 and then address the issue with the weight problem on the shipping options ...

You appear to be experiencing issue with your settings ... as well as possible issues on the code in v1.3 ...

Thank you for the replies, I've been trying loads of different options, the shipping works fine up to a weight of 3500grams then it defaults to zero shipping.
Guess I'll leave it til Monday and speak to the web designer, just had the site built so would have thought they'd have used the latest version, from what I can tell my version is 1.3.0.2, does that make any sense?

This is how I have my module set:

eg. 100grams = £1.99
