Padding below side boxes in v1.35

I got v1.35. I have just two banner boxes on the right side column. Bottom box lies right on the edge of the fotter navigation. I tried few things but not working.

How do I add a space between bottom side box and the edge?

Without a url to provide suggestions specific to your design I can only fathom a guess as there are several methods to accomplish this depending on your specifics:

You might try finding this in the stylesheet.css that is being used for your design and adding/adjusting the margins all around or specific to bottom as margin-bottom, you can also separate left and right out into discrete entries:

.leftBoxContainer, .rightBoxContainer {
	border: 3px solid #f7bd00;
	margin: 0 0 1em 0;
}
