disturbing of zen page in using arabic language

hello
when I installed arabic language, the fonts seem to be very big. to solving the problem,I it's stylsheet I decrease font-size about 2-5em depending to necessities.
also, as you can see in figures, the parenthesis for category count stay other side!!!!!,
when the user try to use smaller fontsize by his browser, the problem of table of his shoping cart will be resolved,but as you constate in fig3, the other sideboxes become very small that you can not read them.
questions:
1- how can I rearrange the above problems?
2- how can I get prefix and suffix paranthesis as for english one?
3- how can I avoid user to changing font-size by fixing a unique font-size and no-changable web page, (every change in font size by user, disturb and shrink all sideboxes together).

please help me, as this may be my last effort to deciding of making arabic language packet before upload to zen community.
