i get 403 errors about every 20 clicks in the Admin and on the website itself i don't understand whats going on cause when i get them i just hit the refresh button and its fine...

What is your server's errorlog recording as the cause of these 403-forbidden errors ?

Did you change your htaccess at all between the time of installation and finding you had these errors? Is it a cgi version of php?

The server isn't showing any errors in the log and whats weird is you can just click refresh and it works fine right after you get the 403 error
