Hi,
Just prior to my upgrade I have turned on maintenence and now it will not install as it is looking for the maintenence file. I can not log in to admin either. Which table has the 'maintenance /on/off switch so that I an disable it again
Really need this info ...thanks

This hasn't anything to do with Down for Maintenance ...
