IE perfect netscape no sidebox or main HELP

ok Im not sure if i am in the correct forum but here goes

Im a complete newbie (2days old ) lol

everything has been going smoothly and I have figured out most from reading the tutorials and these great forums. But I have been searching all day in the forums about this and came up with nothing

My problem is that I have been working in IE and it was fine, I thought i better check Netscape and the page shows no main section or sideboxes

I have tried to figure it out, but with my lack of knowledge of anything, I cant get it. I thought it may be because i had netscape 7.2 but i got my sis to check on her comp as she has current netscape and it is the same. I dont have firefox or other browsers installed to test on, but if anyone could give me feedback on how it is on there, it would help

If anyone knows how i could fix it, i would be extreamly

it is not a live site and nothing in there as im just playing around with it, but i dont want to do anymore work if i have to start over again

It seems that your modified tpl_header.php file missing the <br class="clearBoth" /> in it.

ok now im a complete fool

i cant find that file

thought it was in templetes/templete_default/templetes but theres no
tpl_header.php

only tpl_protucts blah blah etc

is that where it needs to be and if so should i create this folder, or am i just looking in the wrong spot

You had modified the file, unless you don't use override, and it should be in your own template and in the override directory.

And with refer to your page source you have

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="includes/templates/CUSTOM/css/stylesheet.css" />

I think the file should be in the location of
includes/templates/CUSTOM/common/tpl_header.php

Your modified file seems not according to the safety guide.

Normally, for the use of override, you may copy the original file from
includes/templates/template_default/common/tpl_header.php

and save it to the override directory of your template
includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/tpl_header.php


For your case now and you had modified the tpl_header.php,
only need to copy your modified file of tpl_header.php and save it to the location as we have discussed.
includes/templates/CUSTOM/common/tpl_header.php

Can you explain how to do this by CSS? As I have tried what you have said above and it doesn't seem to work??
