All Products - Sort By Menu & Displaying x/x

My store only has one category, and a hand full of products so I'm trying to get rid of the pulldown menus which is shown on the All Products page (as well as the All Products heading) and the line 'displaying product x/x' but cannot find a setting to do this,

Does anyone know if there is a setting through the admin site, or what file I need to edit directly?

Hey I'm having the same problem!

To get rid of the pulldown, go to admin->configuration->Product Listing.

Look for: "Include Product Listing Alpha Sorter Dropdown" and chage the value to "false"

But I am still trying to find out how to get rid of "Displaying 1 to 2 (of 2 products)"

If I find it I'll post again.

I used the CSS method to turn it off everywhere.

.navSplitPagesResult{display:none}

This works like a charm!

Made sure that pull down option was disabled, but it still appears...I should mention, my product listing is the 'all' listing...so if anyone knows how to get rid of that pull down menu, please let me know.

Put:

#sorter {display: none;}

into your stylesheet. This will remove the product sort box from your listing pages.
