Errors after switching servers and upgrading

We have tried to upgrade our site and we have run into issues ,

We have to change servers and we backup the Sql Files and now we cant get our products back into the store as we have lost every product in the store and we have tried to run fix_cache_key.php

When using this tool we recived the following errors :

Also we have lost most of the store layout as well, Also when we updated the store is saying we are still on 1.3.5 and not the current version and the database is on 1.3.6

What could be the cause for us not getting back our store

It's normal to see those warnings when you run fix_cache_key.php.
