Can't get past "system setup" on install

I am new at this and have been trying to install Zen Cart but when I select save system settings on the system setup page it comes up with
"Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /catalog/zc_install/index.php could not be found on this server."

The cart is located at http://www.whoteva.net/catalog/zc_install/
What have I done wrong?

try reuploading the zc_install folder, just in case any files got corrupted
