Overseas Customers CANNOT make purchase

I have an order from the UK. It will not process beyond STEP 1 0f 3. I even tried myself using all his info and after going to his shopping cart, click on continue goes to step 1, then hit continue and it goes back to step 1. Will not go to step two for payment????? I then tried setting up a dummy user from the UK and SAME thing happened. Hit continue and won’t go beyond step 1, AND NO ERROR message, just returns to Step 1. I notice it does not give a shipping cost and in parenthesis says contact us for shipping

Also a user from Australia said ZEN won’t take her postal code and hence won’t even allow her to register?? Any ideas?

What shipping modules are you using? Do you have Zone Restrictions on them?

I have the INternational module but noticed only US and CA were set. Also the multiGeoZone is there but not installed.
