Has this happened to anyone before? If so, what caused this problem? how to fix it?
A customer placed an order today, I got the paypal notification email, but never got the order notification email. I checked the orders, it was never issued, it's simply not there. However, the customer tells me that she did go through the cart and after making the payment, paypal didn't take her back to the store.
What could have happened?
