How to show total price

I'd like to shwo the (base price) + (attribute options prices)=(total price) right on the product info page after customre select options. But I don't know how to get the total of (attribute options prices).
It seems there's no support in the current version.
If I have to do some coding, which file should I start up ?
modules/attributes.php ?? Anyone can give me some ideas/tips?
