You have a very old version of Zen Cart ... note the current version is v1.3.6

This is the table in your database admin_activity_log being full ...

To fix this go to phpMyAdmin and empty the table:
admin_activity_log

Then edit the field:
admin_id

And change it to:
Type INT

Length 11

Hoe exactly can I get into my admin settings, if ever thing I touch in control panel displays that message.. I may sound stupid but someone built this for me and I don't really know how to do things just yet, thanks

Go to your website Control Panel and you should see access to phpMyAdmin ...

Find your database and check the box for: admin_activity_log

At the bottom of the screen is a dropdown with: Empty

Empty the admin_activity_log ... this will remove all records from it ...

Next, click on the table name on the left for: admin_activity_log

Go to the field:
admin_id

Click the Edit ...

And change the settings for this field to:
Type: INT

Length: 11

That will fix the current problem and stop it from happening ...

As to upgrading your site, there are a number of threads on how to do test upgrades first in a test directory such as /new_shop with a test database ...

Do a search on /new_shop and you should find many of these to spell out how to do a careful upgrade of your site ...

NOTE: v1.3.x has a new template structure ... in most cases you will need to redo your template ...
