Shipping Estimate option - how to enable?

Hello,

We are looking for a way for our users to be able to estimate shipping costs when adding the item to their order, without going through the checkout process.

So when they add an item to their basket and are in the view basket page, there should be a "estimate shipping cost" link, which should tell them how much shipping will cost.

Is this possible?

There is a shipping estimator on the shopping_cart under the list ...

Perhaps you turned that off?

Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

Shipping Estimator Display Settings for Shopping Cart

0= Off
1= Display as Button on Shopping Cart
2= Display as Listing on Shopping Cart Page
