Error when trying to sign up HELP

Hello,

I went to sign up as a new customer to make sure all was well and I get this error when I hit submit:

I have never gotten this before. Please help!

sorry... I checked both files and no extra spaces before the beginning or end...

I do see on the function_general page extra spaces before the ending tag, but I that is suppose to be there?

I got it to work, there was an extra space in applications_top.php
