Hi,
I have items that i say have 0 quantity in stock but they can still order them and i get the stock in 2 weeks later and then send them. One guy just purchased one of these items and another item i had in stock and he got a response from the cart saying
[FONT=Arial]" Please update your order ...
Product Name: Incredibow "No Frills" "Classic Style"
We are sorry but this product has been removed from our inventory at this time.
This item has been removed from your shopping cart."
The payment still went through with the item included and the customer was confused. i looked at the item in the shop and it has now been disabled with -1 stock.
How can i fix this problem?
