checkout and admin page don't work

So at first, i thought it is just the admin page doesn't load whenever i try to sign in. now i found out that the checkout page doesn't work as well.
it stops and step 1 of 3 and doesnt go any further. (doesn't give any errors, but it give me like the page is loading, but never loads> same with admin page problem)

also, it doesnt connect to canada post server :s

so i was thinking , maybe it is from the SSL (since both admin and checkout are ssl sercured) //disabling SSL didn't solve any problem thou

maybe it's from the session/cache (i read something on the forum about it) but i dont know how to check if there's any issues in the session or cache.

i tried diabling hte .htacess at under the /public_html and under the /admin page (also , nothing)


can someone please help!!!!

okay. this is wierd.

i've been working on it since the morning and i couldn't fix anything.

it just worked fine a minute ago. i don't know why, what, who, how did that happen.
i was thinking , im running on a shared hosting.
would it be possible that my hosting company made recent changes w/o me knowing. changes in upgrading, ssl, etc. that would cause such a problem?

Sometimes when having issues ... closing all of your browser windows ... clearing your cache ... clearing cookies ... sometimes emptying the sessions table and/or the db_cache table can all help in "fixing" the problem ...

It is more or less where php and your browser get confuses with one another and just need a fresh start to get working again ...

Or ... your hosting site did something to the server and did not tell you about it ...
