1062 Duplicate entry '16-1' for key 1 when changing meta tags in admin

Hi
I get this error whenever i try to change the meta tags from admin menu of my main category. The problem is i was adding tags to my products and categories but found later that have lost my site title so deleted the tags but still couldn;t get site title or any information from main meta tag file and now when im trying to delete tags from categories i get the above error any suggestions

What addons/mods have you installed?

I am using 1.3.6 version then the modules that i have installed are:
1. ultimate URL (php to html)
2. AusPost for shipping
3. Extra sidebox
and live helpbox also paypal verified logo

well it says that meta tags are not defined so it should read from main meta tag file but it is not happening

A list of exact steps to duplicate this would be helpful for diagnosing the cause of the problem. Preferably on a fresh install.


Also, do you have more than one language configured on your site ?

nope im using just one language
and will it not be hard to re-install again

By "fresh install", I mean ... if you installed another copy of Zen Cart, could you create the same problem ? (not touching your live site)

Ok i will do it on my test server and will let you know
and can you please just let me know how to change color of categories tab i was changing in CSS but was not able to do

Hi Dr. Byte i got fixed that error well not from admin menu but by going into phpmyadmin and deleting the description and meta tag titles from two tables related to categories and products and while just testing figured out that problem arises from keeping keywords or description empty when once the title has been defined
and thanx for all you help

but still im not able to get site title from meta_tag.php on my site any suggestions
